Step 1 - The Perfect Plan

Get in touch and let’s craft your ideal wedding coffee experience.

From the first message to finalizing the details, we work with you to choose the perfect package for your unique celebration. Our team helps coordinate all the little details, so your experience is seamless and personalized.

Step 2 - Setup & Arrival

We take care of the prep so you don’t have to.

On your wedding day, we arrive 2–3 hours before your arranged serving time to set up our mobile café. Every detail is handled with precision and care, so you can relax while we create the perfect coffee experience for your guests.

Step 3 - Serving with Intention

Enjoy the moment, fully caffeinated.

From the first cup to the last, we serve your guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Once service is complete, we quietly pack up, clean the site, and leave without a trace – so the day continues seamlessly for you and your loved ones.

FAQ

HOW DO YOUR SERVING TIMES WORK?

We only charge for active serving time – setup and breakdown are on us. The earliest we begin serving is 9:00 AM, and the latest start time we offer is 6:00 PM.

WHAT COLOUR CUPS DO YOU USE?

Our signature cups are clean, minimal white (350ml). Upon request, we can also offer kraft or black cups. Custom printing is available on white and kraft cups only.

CAN WE ADD OUR LOGO TO THE CUPS?

Absolutely – and we highly recommend it! Custom printing adds a beautiful personal touch that enhances the guest experience.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

We’re based in Faerie Glen, Pretoria and are happy to travel. A travel fee may apply for venues outside our standard range.

DO YOU OFFER DECAF OR DAIRY-FREE OPTIONS?

Yes! We always bring decaf coffee along, as well as other caffeine-free drinks like red lattes and hot chocolates (see our full menu on page 3). All packages also include 2L of almond milk.

DO YOU NEED ELECTRICITY OR WATER?

We only require access to electricity. But don’t stress – we come prepared with 40m extension cables so we can set up nearly anywhere on the property.
